MP: Negotiations senseless until military operations stop
12:31, 29 April 2016YEREVAN, APRIL 29, ARMENPRESS. PAP Faction MP Mikayel Melkumyan said unless the war is not ended in the Karabakh-Azerbaijani line of contact, there cannot be any talks over negotiations of peaceful settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
He stressed that the OSCE Minks Group Co-Chairs in their turn should make more targeted assessments. “Co-Chairs Institute should give some guarantees to restart the negotiations. If these guarantees do not exist, it is senseless to speak about negotiations”, Melkumyan concluded.
