NKR President receives Armenian Diocese of Russia and New Nakhijevan

On June 27 President of Nagorno Karabakh Bako Sahakyan received primate of the Armenian Diocese of Russia and New Nakhijevan and the Pontifcal Legate to Russia archbishop Yezras Nersissian, Diaspora Armenian philanthropists Hayk Maghakelian and Vahe Karapetian, press service of the NKR presidential administration informed “Armenpress”.
Issues related to the Motherland-Diaspora, Church-State ties and the implementation of a number of projects in Nagorno Karabakh were discussed.
President Sahakyan said Armenia-NKR-Diaspora unity is one of the pillars of our state building and added that the Diaspora existence is obvious in almost all spheres of our Republic.
