Contractual soldier wounded by Azerbaijani shooting
11:11, 23 July 2016YEREVAN, JULY 23, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire regime 18 times on the contact line of Karabakh-Azerbaijan opposing troops overnight July 23, during which 200 shots, including 43 sniper shots, were fired in the direction of Armenian border-guard units from different caliber gunfire weapons.
As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of NKR Defense Ministry, Defense Army contractual soldier MherZiloyan received gunshot injury at 00:10, July 23.
The wounded soldier was immediately taken to military hospital where his health condition was assessed as satisfactory. Investigation is underway to find the details.
