YEREVAN, JULY 29, ARMENPRESS. Gunmen Artur Melkonyan and Armen Lambaryan – who have opened fire from the seized police precinct and were wounded as law enforcement agencies responded – have been hospitalized and are getting necessary treatment, head of the Public Relations and Press Service of the Police Ashot Aharonyan said.

Earlier Aharonyan said : “Earlier we informed that by violating the demands of the law enforcement agencies gunmen began shooting from the police precinct. We also informed that gunman Arayik Khandoyan was wounded. Gunfire continued from the precinct. Two more gunmen were wounded as result of responsive gunfire of law enforcement agencies. They are provided with proper medical assistance”.
