YEREVAN, JULY 30, ARMENPRESS. The session of the expert committee on Constitutional Reforms took place on July 30 in the Parliament of Nagorno Karabakh.

President of the Committee Ashot Ghulyan said opinions and ideas which were presented during discussions were interesting and useful and they contributed to the summarizing conclusions of the committee.

The Committee unanimously approved the concept of Constitutional Reforms, which has been presented for the approval of the President of Nagorno Karabakh.

Upon receiving the approval of the concept, the committee will continue works on elaborating the bill of Constitutional Reforms.
