YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS. The leading personnel of the Russian military industrial complex have confirmed the delivery of one division of “Iskander” ballistic missile system to Armenia.

“Armenpress” reports, citing Vedomosti, they have clarified that the “Rosoboronexport” company is not involved in the deal as the purchase of the weapon was conducted based on the agreement of weaponry delivery within the framework of the CSTO, bypassing the Russian state broker.

The leading personnel also mentioned that the agreement on the delivery of “Iskander” is not included in the agreement of weaponry delivery based on the $200 million loan.
