Azerbaijan fires over 140 shots at Nagorno Karabakh line of contact
09:54, 24 September 2016YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 24, ARMENPRESS. The Defense Ministry of Nagorno Karabakh says the Azerbaijani forces made 20 ceasefire violations across the Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijani line of contact.
The Ministry’s announcement reads: “Overnight September 23-24 the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire regime 20 times by firing over 140 shots from various caliber weapons at the Armenian positions in Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact.
The Defense Army forces adhered to the ceasefire regime and continued carrying out the reliable protection of the military positions”.
