Parliament adopts new bill within framework of anti-corruption strategy
12:02, 28 September 2016YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 28, ARMENPRESS. The extraordinary session continues in the Parliament.
Several bills were put up to voting including the bill on making amendments in the Administrative Offence Code, which was passed by 103 lawmakers voting in favor and 4 abstaining. The bill was presented by Justice Minister Arpine Hovhannisyan.
The bill deals with the process of profit declaration of high ranking officials and their affiliated persons.
Other bills which were passed included: making amendments and changes in the Budget system Law, Customs Regulations Law and Law on casinos and gambling facilities.
