YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS. According to Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan, the government has the task of regulating procurements. In this regard Karapetyan instructed Government Chief of Staff/Minister Davit Harutyunyan to discuss the possibility of introducing a procurement organizing mechanism in a centralized procedure, present a proposal as to what products and services are appropriate to acquire through a centralized procedure.

“At the same time we must propose procurement mechanisms. We have numerous procurement organizing companies, and I think we can have a more manageable system of expenditures and reduction, as well as price specification”, he said.
