YEREVAN, OCTOBER 21, ARMENPRESS. President of Nagorno Karabakh Bako Sahakyan received the defense minister of the Republic of Armenia Vigen Sargsyan, head of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed forces Movses Hakobyan and advisor to the Armenian President, chief military inspector Michael Harutyunyan on October 21, the NKR Presidential Administration told ARMENPRESS. 
Issues related to army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states in this sphere were on the agenda of the meeting, attended by NKR Defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan.

The President congratulated Vigen Sargsyan and Movses Hakobyan on being appointed to such responsible positions and wished them great successes in consistent development of the army and strengthening the country's defense capacity.
