No electoral bloc discussion between ruling party and ARF

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS. The Republican Party of Armenia and the ARF haven’t discussed the issue of forming an electoral bloc for the upcoming parliamentary elections, RPA faction leader Vahram Baghdasaryan told reporters. “Naturally, ARF is our coalition partner, there will be such discussions, but for this moment neither RPA nor the ARF have expressed such desire”, Baghdasaryan said.

He added the RPA is ready to hold political consultations with any party. “We do not avoid consultations, negotiations, however we don’t have such decision now”, he said.

Asked if the RPA’s chances will increase if taking part in the elections alone or with the ARF, Baghdasaryan said they haven’t done similar monitoring, but mentioned that chances increase in case of the alliance of political forces.
