YEREVAN, JANUARY 16, ARMENPRESS. Armenian national football team captain and Manchester United midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan says the Man United vs Liverpool match passed in an amazing atmosphere, Mkhitaryan told MUTV, reports “Armenpress”.

“The atmosphere was amazing. Thanks to the supporters who were believing in us and supported us until the end”, Mkhitaryan said.

Mkhitaryan said the Reds were trying to find the net for the second goal at the end of the match. “1-1 is not a bad result because we are still very close to the top four and we will do our best in the next games. We are not looking for records, we are doing our best to be in the top four and to do that you have to win games”, Mkhitaryan said.
