Russian citizens can visit Armenia with internal passports
16:25, 19 January 2017YEREVAN, JANUARY 19, ARMENPRESS. Armenia’s Government approved the proposal on making changes in the visa-free regime agreement with Russia, according to which the Russian citizens can visit Armenia with internal passports, reports “Armenpress”.
Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan said the decision will facilitate the process of preparation of documents by the Russian citizens, moreover, it also aims at increasing the tourism flow from Russia to Armenia.
“The process is expected to the completed until summer”, the Deputy FM said.
