Henrikh Mkhitaryan Manchester United vs St Etienne absence explained
09:56, 17 February 2017YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 17, ARMENPRESS. Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho revealed why Armenian superstar Henrikh Mkhitaryan missed the Manchester United vs St Etienne match.
Mourinho insists Mkhitaryan's absence is nothing serious, and is due to mild illness.
"We have just little injuries with Rooney and Carrick and Mkhitaryan," he told BT Sport. "He arrived this morning ill. Apart from that, the boys are fit, in good conditions”, Mourinho said, as quoted by Manchester Evening News.
Manchester United took a huge step towards the Europa League Round of 16 as Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored his first hat-trick for the club in a 3-0 win over Saint-Etienne at Old Trafford.
