YEREVAN, MARCH 22, ARMENPRESS. Armenia dynamically develops the relations with the European Union, Armenia’s Ambassador to Russia Vardan Toghanyan said at a meeting with reporters on March 22, reports “Armenpress”. He said he is not familiar with “either-or” policy.

“Anyway, there is no such policy and it hasn’t been in our foreign policy agenda. Our relations are quite consistently developing. On March 21 new framework agreement with the EU was initialed, and its final signing will be held in summer. This speaks about the fact that the relations are dynamically developing, mainly, in trade-economic field where we have very interesting privileges for our goods in the EU”, the Ambassador said, adding that the new agreement with the EU doesn’t contradict to or directed against any union or country.

“Tectonic phenomena on changing the international relations are taking place in the world, thus, Armenia must develop relations in line with this and strengthen its interests”, Vardan Toghanyan said.
