YEREVAN, MARCH 23, ARMENPRESS. Female voters give more preference to the Republican Party and the Tsarukyan alliance than male voters.

According to the results of a poll by the independent Sociometer sociological center, 58.5% of the female voters prefer RPA, while 57.5% prefer the Tsarukyan alliance.

“In the past Gagik Tsarukyan was getting most of the female votes, however now he is getting pretty modest percentages. If in the past more than 50% of the women preferred PAP, now their number has reached 40%, and the RPA gets 38% of the women”, head of the Sociometer center sociologist Aharon Adibekyan said.

The poll was conducted among 3000 voters. People included in all 13 electoral districts took part in the survey.
