“I think when making reference to certain claims by the diplomatic representations regarding the election process the views of all the stakeholders, including relevant competent bodies, should be taken into account. The Armenian authorities have repeatedly stated that they are committed to holding elections in line with high international standards and continue to take practical steps towards it.
