YEREVAN, MAY 27, ARMENPRESS. Deputy Finance Minister Atom Dzandzughazyan says the optimization process in the state apparatus cannot be an end in itself.

“Optimization can take place only in case of situation changes and revaluation of requirements, needs and criteria. Optimization must not and cannot be an end in itself”, “Armenpress” reports, Deputy Finance Minister said and added that, otherwise, the optimization cannot provide positive results.
