Erdoğan mentioned that the coup attempt could change his plans. “If nothing extraordinary happens, it is possible to hold negotiations in mid-August”, he said.

Putin’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov had told on July 20 that the meeting between the Turkish and Russian presidents is planned to take place during the first 10 days of August in one of the Russian cities.
