Defense Army soldier posthumously awarded with “Combat service” medal

President of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) Bako Sahakyan issued a degree on July 23 posthumously awarding Arsen Arakelyan killed defending the borders of Nagorno Karabakh Republic with “Combat service” medal, “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of Artsakh President’s Office.
NKR Defense Army soldier ArsenArakelyan received fatal gunshot injury at 10:55, July 23 in the position of a regiment located in the south-eastern direction. Investigation is underway to find the details.
