YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. Acting Minister of Economy Artsvik Minasyan doesn’t want to talk about his appointment as Minister of Nature of Protection.

“Time will come, we will talk. As long as the Government has not been formed and there are no corresponding decrees, I don’t find it proper to speak about it”, he said, “Armenpress” reported.

Referring to the problems in the nature protection field, he said any Minister representing the field must be guided by the approach deriving from the Constitution.

“It is necessary to be guided by the Article 12 of the Constitution since the protection, restoration and utilization of the environment is the obligation of the state and public authorities as a responsibility for the upcoming generation”, Artsvik Minasyan said.
