President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on December 5 held a meeting with the representatives of the NKR Communist party within the frames of the discussions of the draft constitutional reforms, press service of the NKR Presidential administration told “Armenpress”.

Issues related to the constitutional reforms and various provisions of the new draft constitution were discussed.
