Edward Nalbandyan describes the statement of the Turkish PM inadmissible and a blackmailing
YEREVAN, MARCH 18, ARMENPRESS: “The statements of the Turkish prime minister are inadmissible and harm not only normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations: Turkey cannot move forward with such statements,” Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan said at a joint press conference with his Slovakian counterpart Miroslav Lajcak. He said that the statement of the Turkish prime minister raised a wave of hot discussions in Turkey, many do not understand how such statement could have been made. “…Such statements have negative impact. Such statements were made before the 1915 Armenian Genocide, such statements were made in another country before displacing Armenians, they were made before what happened in Sumgait, Baku and other settlements of Azerbaijan. Such statements are inadmissible, and harm not only normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations: Turkey cannot move forward with such statements,” the Armenian minister pointed out.

For the first time the United Nations international court has given priority to the self determination right of nations and not to the right of territorial integrity,” spokesman of the Armenian Republican Party, NA member Eduard Sharmazanov told Armenpress. He also noted that the court has adopted a decision on the basis of the norms of the international law.
