YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER, ARMENPRESS: A scientific conference entitled “Armenian Emigration and Armenia-Diaspora Relations” will be conducted October 8-10 in Tsaghkadzor. It is organized by the Armenian National Archive and is funded by the state budget. Director of the archive Amatuni Virabyan told Armenpress that 3 foreign scientists will visit Armenia within the framework of the scientific conference. About 40 Armenian historians and other specialists of the sphere will participate in it. The establishment of the Center was initiated within the framework of the UNDP “Anti-Trafficking Program: Capacity Developing Support and Victims Assistance” Project and is aimed at assisting the senior management of the RA Police Academy to further improve the quality of training processes and introducing modern technologies to counter organized crime and other criminal activities.
