YEREVAN, OCTOBER 18, ARMENPRESS. The US Agency for International Development will provide an aid package to 1,500 families affected by the recent attacks of Azerbaijan in Vayots Dzor Province of Armenia, ARMENPRESS reports the USAID Armenia office informed on its Facebook page.

“Over the weekend, USAID/Armenia Mission Director John Allelo, along with several more mission employees joined the team at Armavir Development Center to distribute aid packages to families that have been displaced and affected by Azerbaijan's recent attacks.

Aid packages consisted of food, hygiene items, bed linens, and winter blankets. The USAID team also conversed with displaced families to better understand the state of their well-being and personal struggles.
