GM Karen Grigoryan competes at “Ciudad de Pontevedra” tournament
12:30, 9 August 2016YEREVAN, AUGUST 9, ARMENPRESS. The “Ciudad de Pontevedra” tournament has launched in Spain, with 159 chess players from 17 countries participating.
Among the participants are ten Grandmasters and 8 international masters.
GM Karen Grigoryan is also taking part in the tournament. In the first round Grigoryan defeated Gonzales Reguero Rodrigo, the Chess Federation of Armenia told ARMENPRESS.
Grigoryan’s next opponent in the 2nd round is Salvador Cabo Cezar.
