YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 3, ARMENPRESS. Picsart, the Armenian digital creation platform which is the largest of its kind in the world, has been included in the global list of top 20 mobile apps in the State of Mobile 2023 report by data.ai, the Ministry of High Tech Industry said in a statement.

The Top 20 includes Netflix, TikTok, CupCat, Spotify and Tinder.
