YEREVAN, APRIL 28, ARMENPRESS. President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on April 28 according to which Defense Army soldier Mher Arzumanyan was posthumously awarded with “Combat Service” medal for the bravery shown while defending the state border of the Artsakh Republic, press service of the President’s Office told Armenpress.
