YEREVAN, MAY 25, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has issued a decree by which Hovhannes Nikoghosyan has been appointed aide to the President of Armenia, “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Armenian President’s Office.
