On the occasion of Independence Day, President Vahagn Khachaturyan awarded the Order of Saint Mesrop Mashtots to Dr. Roger Ohanesian, the founding president of the Armenian EyeCare Project for his distinguished achievements in healthcare and many years of patriotic activities.
