NKR citizens in Armenia can take part in constitutional referendum in Permanent Representation in Yerevan

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 17, ARMENPRESS. The Permanent Representation of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh (NKR) in Armenia said citizens of NKR who are in Armenia can take part in the upcoming February 20 Constitutional Referendum in the polling station of the Permanent Representation from 08:00-20:00 in Yerevan, the Representation of NKR in Armenia told ARMENPRESS.
