Showers forecast across Armenia till end of May – chief meteorologist
YEREVAN, MAY 24, ARMENPRESS. Today, on May 24, the cyclone’s influence on the weather will be maintained.
Cloudy skies will develop after midday. Scattered thunderstorms and showers, and isolated hailstorms are possible in the evening, Gagik Surenyan, head of the meteorology center of the Hydromet Service told ARMENPRESS.
According to him, thunderstorms and rain is possible namely in the northern parts of the country in the evenings.
“Overall we can say that showers will be maintained in May”, he said.
Surenyan said temperature will increase by 3-4 degrees from May 25.
