YEREVAN, DECEMBER 12, ARMENPRESS.The Armenian startup Direlli, developing an outstaffing platform through which companies can find suitable specialists and vice versa, has collaborated with more than 100 companies over three months and attracted 300 specialists. In an interview with Armenpress, Direlli co-founder Mariam Asatryan noted that they strive to develop an outstaffing culture in Armenia.

"All 300 specialists in the platform are identified. We provide an individual test for each technician with tasks of appropriate complexity. We also attach great importance to their soft skills and prioritize all the nuances while ensuring a connection between the company and the specialist,“ stated Asatryan.

The co-founder of Direlli said that they announced and initiated the recruitment process of specialists about 2-3 months before entering the market. According to her, only a few out of 10 manage to go through all the stages and get on the platform, as the company recruits only qualified specialists. They have specialists from various countries, including Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine, Poland, Tunisia, Morocco, and most of them are from Armenia. Notably, they do not cooperate with countries that are not on good terms with Armenia.

"Prior to the establishment of the company, both me and another co-founder Hrachya Yeghiazaryan were freelancers. In 2020, we officially decided to found the Direlli company driven by the crisis in the domestic market and the pandemic situation. The third co-founder Melkon Hovhannisyan joined us as technical director. We decided to move forward with what we believed in," stated Asatryan.

The team consists of approximately 20 members, with Hrachya Yeghiazaryan, Melkon Hovhannisyan, and Mariam Asatryan as the co-founders. They drive the company's growth through their own funds, and currently, there are no plans to attract new investments.

"The platform provides the opportunity for skilled specialists to connect with international companies effectively. Companies, in turn, are enabled to find highly qualified experts for their preferable standards. This way, the connection between a high-quality specialist and an international company becomes fast and secure. Additionally, Direlli ensures work accessibility to quality specialists," highlighted Asatryan.

She informed that they are currently planning to expand their geography, enhance the recognition of the platform, and boost the development of the outstaffing industry in Armenia.
