YEREVAN, MARCH 1, ARMENPRESS. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Greece Tigran Mkrtchyan on March 1, met with the Minister of National Defense of Greece Nikos Dendias.

The Armenian Embassy in Greece reports that the parties discussed the steps taken and to be taken in the direction of bilateral cooperation between Armenia and Greece in the field of defense.

In this context, the implementation process of the agreements reached during the official visit of the Armenian Defense Minister to Greece in December 2023 was discussed.

Ambassador Tigran Mkrtchyan emphasized that the official visit of the Greek Defense Minister to Armenia next week will give a new boost to the expanding cooperation of the two countries in the military sphere.
