Criminal case against Azerbaijani serviceman Ruslan Penakhov terminated: Armenian Investigative Committee

A serviceman of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces Ruslan Eldanis-oglu Penakhov, who crossed the state border of Armenia on February 28, 2024, ended up at the positions of the Armenian Armed Forces. Due to an incident that took place between servicemen at an Azerbaijani position, Penakhov ran away and got lost, the Armenian Investigative Committee said.
Taking this into account, a petition was submitted to the prosecutor's office to terminate the criminal prosecution against Penakhov, which has been granted.
