YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 8, ARMENPRESS. On September 8, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan received Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mission in Nagorno-Karabakh Thomas Hallier on completion of his diplomatic mission in Artsakh.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the Information and Public Relations Department of NKR Foreign Ministry that Thomas Hallier introduced the future Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mission in Nagorno-Karabakh Dragoslav Ciro Blazevic to Karen Mirzoyan.

The parties discussed issues related to ICRC activities in NKR and made reference to the future plans of the mission.

The interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation between ICRC office and NKR corresponding state agencies in NKR.
