STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS.  MPs and social, political figures of the National Assembly of the  Nagorno Karabakh Republic issued a statement  about creating a  “Karabakh-France” friendship framework . As NkR NA Pres s Service informed “Armenpress”, the statement reads.

“Welcoming the support of “France-Karabakh” friendship framework, the efforts of the people and the authorities of   Nagorno Karabakh Republic  to  develop and build a democratic society,

Highly appreciating the role of the Republic of France in reservation and expanding the   democratic value system and prominent “Freedom, Equality, Fraternity” principles,

Aimed to promote the development of the friendship between Karabakh and France,

Recognizing the necessity of the establishment of permanent peace and to maintain the stability in the region of the South Caucasus,

We, political figures and MPs of Nagorno Karabakh  Republic , announce about the “decision of creating a “Karabakh-France” friendship framework” with the Republic of France.
