YEREVAN, JUNE 25, ARMENPRESS.  President Serzh Sargsyan and First Lady at the Republic Square in Yerevan were present on June 25 at the Ecumenical ceremony and the Prayer for Peace performed by His Holiness Pope Francis and His Holiness Supreme Patriarch Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Armenian Presidents’ Office, the event was also attended by the members of the Armenian National Assembly, government members, representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to Armenia, pilgrims, who have arrived from the Armenian parishes abroad, thousands of people from Yerevan and different provinces of Armenia.
