YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS. Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy says if elected President he will suspend talks on Turkey’s membership to the EU, the Telegraph reported.
“I think it’s time to tell Turkey its place is in Asia”, he said.
Speaking about the EU he said he would like the UK to review the referendum results on leaving the EU and again to join the Union.
