YEREVAN, DECEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS. Within the frameworks of discussions on the constitutional reform project President of Artsakh (NKR) Bako Sahakyan met on December 7 with Great Patriotic and labor veterans and representatives of the Artsakh Republican Party.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Artsakh President’s Office, a wide range of issues related to the constitutional reforms were on the agenda of the meetings.
