SISIAN, MARCH 10, ARMENPRESS. Armenia’s leadership is going to build such a country so that the future generation will never think about leaving it and moving abroad, they will build such a state everyone will be proud of, Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan said in Sisian, reports “Armenpress”.

“We must build such a state that a child or grandchild of Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan or an ordinary citizen will not think about leaving it. We understand what a heavy burden we are taking on us and we show our readiness and concern over this process”, the PM said.  

He said the major capital of the country is the man, and it is necessary to create such conditions for him so that he can utilize the entire potential. “We must create favorable environment for a working man”, he said.

Speaking about public administration system, the PM stated that it is not yet fully established. We still don’t have a system which will not allow or will limit the wrong approaches of every new Prime Minister or Minister.
