YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS. The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that the units of the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire on the Azerbaijani positions located in the eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on November 18, at 12:50, is another misinformation, ARMENPRESS reports, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia said in a statement.
