Azerbaijani fans prevent Varazdat Haroyan’s transfer to “Tractor Sazi F.C.”
YEREVAN, JUNE 7, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Football Team’s Defender Varazdat Haroyan’s transfer to the Iranian “Tractor Sazi F.C.” has failed because of the Iranian Team’s Azerbaijani fans.
Varzesh3.com reports Haroyan’s contract sparked discontent among the Azerbaijani fans of the team.
The reason of this discontent is Haroyan’s ethnicity.
Tractor Sazi manager M. Ajorlu confirmed the news.
Earlier it was reported Haroyan has signed a 2 year contract with the Iranian team.
