Islamic State claims responsibility for Manchester Arena blast
YEREVAN, MAY 23, ARMENPRESS. The Islamic State terrorist organization has claimed responsibility for the Manchester Arena explosion in England, Ahbar Iraq reported citing the IS's statements on social media.
The blast occurred moments after US pop star Ariana Grande finished her performance in a concert.
22 people were killed and more than 60 wounded.
Earlier police said they were treating the blast as a terror attack.
