Gevorg Papoyan appointed Armenian economy minister
11:47, 5 March 2024YEREVAN, MARCH 5, ARMENPRESS. By the decree of President Vahagn Khachaturyan, on March 5 Gevorg Papoyan has been appointed as the Minister of Economy of Armenia.
Papoyan's appointment came following a proposal by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The board of the ruling Civil Contract Party discussed and approved Papoyan's candidacy for the position.
Vahan Kerobyan was dismissed from this position on February 14.
