Kazakhstan welcomes Armenia's "Crossroads of Peace" project
11:59, 15 April 2024YEREVAN, APRIL 15, ARMENPRESS. Kazakhstan welcomes the Crossroads of Peace project presented by the Armenian Government, announced President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev after meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Yerevan.
"The transport logistics sector is also of great importance for strengthening bilateral beneficial cooperation. We highly appreciate Armenia's aspiration to restore transport links in the South Caucasus. In that sense, we welcome the initiative of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, which is called 'Crossroads of Peace,'" Tokayev said.
The President of Kazakhstan added that they support initiatives to start direct air connections between the capitals of Armenia and Kazakhstan, as well as other cities.
