YEREVAN, APRIL 29, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov talked about the  results of the Moscow meeting with Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Russia Edward Nalbandian and Sergey Lavrov, the Azerbaijani APA news agency reported.

Mammadyarov informed that they didn’t discuss the issue of meeting of the Presidents.

“During the trilateral meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, the meeting of the Presidents was not discussed”, the Azerbaijani FM said.

As for the assessment of talks, he said it was expressed in the joint statement adopted based on the meeting results. “We, the Ministers, will report to the heads of states on the trilateral meeting results”, FM Mammadyarov said.

By the initiative of the Russian side, the working meeting of Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan – Edward Nalbandian, Sergey Lavrov and Elmar Mammadyarov, was held in Moscow on April 28. At the meeting the sides continued discussing the issue on moving forward the negotiation process over the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. The officials highlighted the necessity to implement the agreements reached at the Vienna and St. Petersburg summits last year. The Ministers agreed to continue talks over the issues discussed at the meeting.
