YEREVAN, MAY 11, ARMENPRESS. Davit Atoyan, the cameraman of Shant TV’s ‘In positions’ television program, who was wounded when Azerbaijani forces opened gunfire on the filming crew in the northern part of the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact, underwent surgery.

“The cameraman is hospitalized in Stepanakert. His condition is already good”, the TV program’s founder Arshak Zakaryan told ARMENPRESS.

The filming crew of Shant TV’s ‘In positions’ television program came under Azerbaijani gunfire at 18:00, May 10, in the northern part of the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact.

Shant TV’s Horizon news reported Azerbaijani forces fired large caliber firearms at the TV crew’s vehicle.

Cameraman of the TV show Davit Atoyan has been wounded in the shooting.
