YEREVAN, MARCH 22, ARMENPRESS. Armenian media outlets have spread varying information about former Defense Minister of Artsakh, Defense Army ex-Commander Samvel Babayan. Some of the media outlets report about his detention, others report about his arrest. It’s not yet clear what’s going on over this case.
