Mélanie Joly welcomes the joining of Canada's first expert to EU mission in Armenia
12:08, 16 April 2024YEREVAN, APRIL 16, ARMENPRESS. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada, Mélanie Joly, welcomed Alexander Grushevskiy as the first Canadian expert to join EUMA.
"Returning from my trip last year [Joly visited Armenia in 2023], a key priority was to explore ways to ensure stability and security in the South Caucasus, including the respect of the territorial integrity of Armenia. We welcome the news of Alexander Grushevskiy as our first Canadian expert to EUMA,” Joly said in a post on X.
Canada is the first non-EU country to join the EUMA.
